1997	- Formation of profiltec ag in Gerlafingen, Switzerland and take-over of all activities of Erhard Doebeli AG
1999	- Formation of profiltec GmbH in Wertheim, Germany and take-over of all activities of PeTeWe Wertheim
2001	- Developement of CNC-controlled constant profile grinding
2003	- Developement of pm 710 with machine base made of mineral casting
2004	- Introduction of the fsm-hf with high-frequency spindle (up to 30'000 rpm) - Developement of logarithmic grinding for profile and hob cutters with cutting and helix angles
2005	- Transfer of all manufactoring and assembly activities, including  spare part stock, from profiltec ag, Switzerland to profiltec GmbH, Germany - Introduction of the FSM-TF with increased spindle power for full cut and cylindrical grinding - Formation of profiltec Technologies, Inc. in Woburn, MA USA
